Mary H. Robinson Funeral service for Mary H. Robinson, 95, of Opelika is 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Jeffcoat-Trant Chapel. Reverends Tom Tippett and April Robinson-Parrish are officiating. Burial will be held in Garden Hills Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. one hour prior to the service at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home. Mrs. Robinson was born December 1, 1917 in Tallapoosa County. She passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012. She had been a resident of Opelika and Pepperell for more than 80 years. She was retired from West Point Pepperell Mfg Company with 53 years service. Miss Mary was an active member of the Pepperell American Legion Auxiliary, and also a member of Pepperell Baptist Church. Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband, E.W. Robinson in 1998; granddaughter, Tamara Robinson; three brothers, Jack, JR. and Wilbert Harrison; and sister, Johnnie Smith. She is survived by two sons, Jerry W. (Paula) Robinson of Opelika, Tommy L. (Judy) Robinson of Opelika; five grandchildren, Danielle Repicky, Andy and Rusty Robinson, April Robinson-Parrish, Adam Robinson; great grandchildren, Drew, Hunter, Rhett, Chase, John David, Kirk, Kourtney, Zoe, Trey, Bryan, Haley, Elizabeth, Russell, Emma, and Bella; one great-great grandchild, Elijah; and a number of nieces and nephews.
