Thank you for your "voice" in raising awareness for blood donations and giving the gift of life in our community! Most of all I thank you for your friendship. I will miss your smile, your jokes, your sarcasm, your stories, your laugh and most of all your honesty and compassion for others. We all love you and we will miss you. God Speed my friend! Many prayers to Steve's family! he loved you all so much and spoke of you quite often.

Please allow me to offer my condolences to the, Klaas family with these healing words: Jesus said: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.” (John 11:25) On one occasion, When Martha caught sight of her Master, she put into words the thought that had been tormenting her and Mary for days: “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” Still, hope and faith were not dead in Martha. She added: “Yet even now I know that whatever you ask God for, God will give you.” Jesus immediately said something to strengthen her hope: “Your brother will rise.”—John 11:21-23; Acts 24:15; 2 Peter 3:13. Yes, the resurrection hope is a real source of comfort to those who have lost loved ones. It can be to you too! I am very sorry for your loss. May God's Word comfort you and your family. Sincerely, Meryl, jw.org - healingwordsforu@gmail.com

So sorry to hear of your brother's death. When I talked with Dave on Monday night, he indicated that you would probably be leaving the family vacation so you could be with your brother. Our thought and prayers are with you and your family.
