Donald John Marshall

Donald was born December 31, 1962 in Hornell, New York. He passed away at Bethany House in Auburn on September 28, 2018. He was a member of Church of the Highlands, Auburn Campus. He was survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Diana Marshall; 3 daughters Shanon Harris, Anita (Lesley II) Smitherman, Sherri (Rodrick Moore) Marshall, 1 Son Donald Wayne Marshall; Mother and Father Barbara & Hugh McCarty; 3 Sisters Clara (Earl) Baker, Kelly (David) Tidwell, Linda(Arnold) Pattilo, 1 Brother Paul (Kathy) McCarty. Many Grandchildren: Rebecca Hodo, Shye Murphy, Hayden Gilbert, Elizabeth Hodo, Alessa Moore, Yunia Harris, Isabella Smitherman, Caden and Mason Marshall, and Victor Dowdell Jr, a host of nieces and nephew, friends and other Family. Paw Paw enjoyed living life to the fullest; He impacted many lives with joy and happiness. He was a loving father, grandfather, uncle and friend to many. He was a BIG Auburn Football Fan, loved to go fishing, and enjoyed NASCAR. His mother-in-law (Eunice McDaniel) would like an honorable mention for losing at playing cards.  WAR EAGLE “And that’s the Donny Marshall Way”

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, October 8, 2018 at the Church of the Highlands, Auburn Campus.
