Robert Simpkins Obituary

Mr. Stephen Simpkins, age 64, of Opelika, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Garden Hills Cemetery. Mr. Simpkins has lived all of his life in Opelika. He was a member of Pepperell Baptist Church. Mr. Simpkins loved his dog Puddin, and enjoyed spending the weekends riding his Harley motorcycle.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Rosetta Simpkins; brother, Jerry Simpkins.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Simpkins; sons: Brian Simpkins, Jason Mann, Jared Simpkins, Sean Simpkins, and Matt Simpkins; daughter, Amanda (Wes) McCollough; grandchildren: Jordan Mann and Jason Mann, Jr.; sister, Jackie Anderson, of Birmingham; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
