Sylvia Goldmann Obituary

Sylvia D. Goldmann, 90, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Mrs. Goldmann has been a resident of Auburn since 1985 and completed her Ph. D. at Auburn University. She was an active member of the League of Woman Voters and recognized as a Lifetime achievement. Volunteered each Saturday at the Community Market. Worked and volunteered for Lee County Voter Registration. Awarded the Panama Canal Gold Medal for Civic Services.

She is preceded by her husband, Henry A. Goldmann, Sr.

Mrs. Goldmann is survived by her children: Hank (Roslynn) Goldmann, of Oviedo, FL; Peter (Jean Ann) Goldmann, of McKinney, TX; and Jeanne Goldmann, of Vass, NC; grandchildren: Erik (Gennifer), Benjamin (Franki Caputo), Leah, Ruby, and Rebecca.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Auburn Memorial Park. Rabbi Sholomo Bee Dubov will be officiating.
