Andy Bryant Crocker, age 60, passed into his heavenly home on April 25, 2025, after a lengthy illness. Andy was born on October 9, 1964, in Opelika, Alabama.
Andy is survived by his devoted mother, Jane Champion Cotton, his brother, Terry (Jan) Crocker, Jr., Macon, GA, Clay (Dana) Crocker of Gainesville, GA., niece, Hannah Crocker (Zack) Hammond, Macon, Ga, nephew, Alex Crocker, niece, Camden Crocker of Gainesville, GA., Uncle, Ronald (Susie) Crocker of Albertville, AL., and numerous cousins.
Andy was preceded in death by his father, Terry Crocker, Sr., his paternal grandparents, Eugene and Edna Crocker, his maternal grandparents, A. B. and Estelle Champion, his dedicated stepdad, Ralph Cotton, and his beloved dog, Ozzie.
Andy grew up in Opelika and attended Opelika Schools. He graduated from Athens, GA. High School. Andy was a member of Father’s House Christian Fellowship Church.
Andy had a giving heart and loved animals, especially dogs. When he was healthy, he enjoyed going to flea markets and yard sales. He collected antiques and he was gifted in knowing how to decorate his home beautifully and tastefully.
Visitation will be at Jeffcoat–Trant Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 beginning at 3:00 PM CDT. Following visitation, a graveside service will be held at Garden Hills Cemetery beginning at 4:00 PM CDT.
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggest that expressions of sympathy be made to Father’s House Christian Fellowship Church (214 Morris Ave., Opelika) or St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Andy’s memory.
