Briana Arrington

Briana Jo Arrington, 26, of Opelika Alabama passed away peacefully at her home on August 7, 2023 surrounded by family. She was the strongest, bravest, most beautiful soul. To know her, was to love her. 

Memorial services will be held at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home, Thursday, August 10, 2023. Visitation will be held 1:00-3:00 p.m., followed by a ceremony at 3:00 p.m., Drs. Matt and Nicole Carter will deliver her eulogy. 

Briana was born in Opelika to Tonya and Greg on December 9, 1996. She is preceded in death by her nanny and pawpaw (Winnie and Larry Logan); her grandmother Becky Arrington; cousin Destiny Tapley and close friend Joy Freeman. 

Briana is survived by her parents, Tonya and Scott Hicks; Dad, Greg Arrington; Grandparents, Nana Anita and Papa Doug(Becky); Sisters Hannah(Timmy), Danielle(Chris), Katy(Brett) and brother Bradley; Aunt Donna and Uncle Tyler, Uncle Jamey and Aunt Cindy, Aunt Betty and Uncle Rodney, Uncle Phillip and Aunt Peggy, Aunt Angie, Aunt Cheri and Bubba, Aunt Deidre and Uncle Jimmy; Cousins, Stevie Rae, Jessica(Tiffany), Jake, Alaina, Amber, Bailey, Hayley, Emeri, Abbey and Bentley. She was the best Aunt BB to Tanner, Tucker, Haven Grayce, Haygen, Beau, Turner, Lawson, Tayt, and Winnie. Although she was never able to have children of her own, she had many children she loved dearly. She was also a dog mama to Kamryn who helped her through her cancer journey and Savvy who kept her busy and never left her side. She will be missed by so many friends that loved her dearly.
