James Wade Edwards

James Wade Edwards, 53 of Auburn, passed away on July 24, 2021. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home, with Roy Aldridge officiating, visitation will be from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, prior to the service. Burial will be held at Mt. Olive cemetery. 

Wade was a graduate of Beauregard High School. He and his father worked together for 16 years as owners of Edwards Logging. He then worked 19 years at K&B Oil Supply. Wade enjoyed traveling to the mountains, hiking, jeep trail riding, attending Motor Stock Car Racing and being outdoors. Wade loved the Lord and his family very much.

Wade is survived by his wife, Diane Edwards; mother, Jacqueline Edwards; sister, Teleeda Edwards; and a number of extended family. He is preceded in death by his father, James Irvin Edwards. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Mt.
