Steve Brooks Obituary

Steve Brooks passes away July 8^th at East Alabama Medical Center. Mr. Brooks was a native of Wadley, Alabama, although he lived and worked many recent years in Opelika.

Mr. Brooks is survived by his loving granddaughter Savannah Brooks (Cydney Dorsey) of Opelika; close family Jim Patterson (Angie), Mae Patterson, Chris Patterson (Kelli) of Wadley; special friends Norma Sue Buchanan of Opelika and Brian Woods (Tina) of Wadley.

He is preceded in death by his parents JW Brooks and Mary Montgomery Brooks of Wadley; his brother Stanley Brooks; and his son JW Brooks of Opelika.

Graveside services led by Pastor Jason Watkins, will be held 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 14^th at Union Baptist Church in the Motley Community, 3645 County Road 79, Wadley, Alabama.
