Sylba W. Cleveland

Sylba Windham Cleveland, aged ninety-three, passed away on January 26,2022 at Oak Park Nursing Home.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilma and Choice Windham; her brothers Bill, Frank and Dan Windham, and her beloved husband Allen Cleveland.  Mrs. Cleveland is survived by her two daughters, Karen Davis (Alan) and Karol Renfroe (Ray); her two grandchildren, Grace Davis and Sam Renfroe; her brother Johnny Windham (Patricia), and her sister-in-law, Jane James, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Cleveland served as financial secretary at Auburn United Methodist Church from 1974 until 1993.  She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and loved the Lord with all her heart.  The family would like to thank Auburn United Methodist Church, the staff at Summer Village at Camellia Place, the staff at Oak Park Nursing Home, and her sweet caregivers Barbara Cox, Melody Scott, and Frenda Berry.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Auburn Memorial Park Cemetery.
