Vernon Wallace Daniels, Jr., age 85, of Auburn, Alabama went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. He was born in Medina, Ohio in 1932. Visitation service will be at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Vern is survived by his wife of 64 years, Linda (Kurfis) Daniels; sister, Jane Kisamore; brother, Ron Daniels; son, Jeff Daniels (Julie); daughter, Robbin Fowler (Landie); son, James Daniels (Leasah); daughter, Randi Buck; eight grandchildren: Ian, Brianna, and Raina Daniels, Ben and Mark Fowler, Alyssa Rodrigues, Robbin and Cory Rogers as well as two great-grandchildren.

Vern was a hardworking man who worked many jobs in construction and manufacturing, building and renovating many homes. He especially loved country gospel music and was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider donating to The Carpenters for Christ Ministry of Lakeview Baptist Church.
