Brenton Lawrence Dean

Memorial services for Brenton Lawrence Dean, of Auburn, Alabama will be Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Auburn United Methodist's Founders Chapel with Rev. Charles C. Cummings officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at Founders Chapel prior to the service. Mr. Dean, who passed away Friday, March 13, 2015, at Loachapoka, was born March 31, 1971, in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Brent attended Lanett City Schools where he was active in athletics. He obtained a bachelor's degree from Auburn University as well as a Master's in Public Administration from Auburn University. He then went on to graduate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Brent was in private practice of law in LaFayette, Alabama at the law firm of Dean and Carlton. Brent enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. He is survived by his wife, Christine Bryan Dean of Auburn; parents, Carolyn and Olin Dean; sons Dalton Christopher Dean, Zachary Bryan Dean, Tucker Brenton Dean, and Sawyer Lawrence Dean; sister Allison (Dean) Edge and brother-in-law Randy Edge, and brand new nephew Declan Johnson Edge.
